How do I make an Order?

Using our website, find the product or products you would like and simply select your requirements and add to basket. You can either phone us on 01452 386400, e-mail us at info@macronstoregloucester.com.

How long will my order take?

Delivery times are between 10 - 14 days with exceptions on customised/personalised items. Macron will contact customers to advise on the estimated delivery times for your order. Please note that all orders are subject to availability.  The sales team will contact you with estimated delivery times on your order.  Orders placed on customised items between June - September will take approximately 1 additional week.

How do I pay for my goods?

Payment is simple, go to checkout and follow the online steps to pay by card.  Please contact the sales team if you wish to pay by BACS or cheque.

How much is delivery?

The price varies depending on the size of the order and where the goods are being sent. Standard charges are £6.95 for UK mainland, £15.00 for Highlands and Islands and £21 for Northern Ireland.  For overseas shipments please contact the sales team +44 (0)1452 386400.

How much is the embroidery set up?

A standard charge of £18 per logo.  This is a one off charge for the DST file that is required to embroider your design.  The actual cost of embroidery per garment will be quoted once we have seen your design.  

What options are there on customisation of numbers?

If no numbers are specified then we shall select numbers starting from 2 up to the highest number for the total number of garments, including number 13.  Our standard numbers are an outline style as featured in 'Print and Embroidery' / Player Number.  We shall select the colour of your number which is normally white or black but in certain instances it may be a colour to match the detail of the garment.  Please contact us with any specific requests before you order.  

Basketball numbers are outline and are angular in shape.
